Most people who are thinking of undergoing the HCG Diet Plan are nervous about going on the 500 calorie diet. They immediately think that this would mean a month of starvation and deprivation. Contrary to this popular misconception, a dieter does not need to starve himself and deprive himself just to lose weight while on the hCG weight loss plan. There are recipes that are made especially for the diet which are delicious and easy to cook. Here are some examples of them.

The HCG Diet does not completely deprive the dieter of eating delicious food. As shown in the sample recipes above, a dieter can still enjoy a wide range of food items without having to go over the calorie limit. The key to the low calorie diet plan is proper planning. One can create recipes from scratch for as long as close tabs will be kept with the number of calories consumed in every meal.
